Neil Graf (II) is an American animator, writer, and artist. He was nominated for an Annie Award in 2012 for his work on the episode "Fish School Musical".

Graf is credited for being a writer on Sanjay and Craig and Fish Hooks, as well as the animation department for King of the Hill and as a background painter for two Random! Cartoons (Adventure Time and Super John Doe Junior). Additionally, he is credited for working as a continuity coordinator for Fish Hooks.
